COST & TIME OF REAL ESTATE EXPERTISE "adapted"

Expertise costs are calculated according to the complexity of the request and the object to be appraised.
If we draw an average of the expertise costs, this represents between 1 and 5% of the values to be estimated. This is a cost minimized and controlled against the stakes and interests of the customer.
The hourly cost of the Cabinet is 200.00 € / HT with daily ceilings. Generally the costs are fixed.
The deadlines, according to the subjects and imperatives, are of the order of 8 days to 1 month. They are agreed with the client and specified in the quote, depending on the urgency.
